Student Life Camp

Students (Grades 7-12) and graduating seniors are invited to this year's Student Life Camp: The WORD!
A fundraiser is provided to help offset the cost of camp, which includes: camp T-shirt, journal, lodging, and food at camp. Cost does NOT include food traveling to and from or additional activities.

Print and give the completed forms to your ALIVE Student Leader, Zach Werner. (Note: Some of these forms need to be notarized.)
